POSTAL STRlKES
As you must be aware, there are still Postal Strikes planned which may cause a delay in dispatching your Orders. We would suggest that perhaps you could consider using the Postage Option "Signed" to ensure arrival. We can assure you that, this Industrial Action has, NOT resulted in any of our Customer Orders being lost in the Postal System.
Naturally, we will continue to offer our High Standard of Customer Service and will try to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, we apologise if it takes a little longer for your products to reach you - but it will be worth it in the end . . .

We hope you enjoy browsing our online shop. We try to stock Unique and Special Products for our customers and are always trying to add new and exciting items. STANDARD RETAIL ORDERS from UK CUSTOMERS ONLY
We use Royal Mail to deliver our orders, these will usually take 2 days from dispatch and you can select from ‘Standard Delivery’ as either 1st class or 2nd class or ‘Signed for’ as either 1st class or 2nd class where a Signature is needed on a delivery for ‘extra peace of mind’ so please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel, contact us for further details. We will use the address supplied so if the parcel is too large for your post box please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel.
We aim to dispatch your order on the Same Day if received before 10 am. (excluding weekends) or the Next Working day if orders are received after 10 am. However, at busy times (i.e. Christmas) please allow longer for delivery.
~ If you require your order urgently, Special Deliveries can be arranged, please contact us prior to completing your order and we will try to source a competitive quote for you to make this happen for you. If this is not possible you can continue to proceed with our current postage rates.
~ ALL orders are packaged with due care to ensure they arrive in the same condition as they had left us.
