Postage Policies and Conditions for Orders where Customers Live within lsle of Man, Northern lreland & ALL the Channel lslands

Generally, Posting Customer Orders via Royal Mail from Great Britain to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland are the same as those used within the UK.

We do not have to make any changes to the way we send mail via Royal Mail from Great Britain to Northern Ireland from 1 January 2021, however there are New Requirements on businesses sending the prohibited and restricted goods. Until any further changes are announced, Royal Mail will continue to collect and deliver items from Great Britain to Northern Ireland as usual.

Northern Ireland

Customs Declaration are not needed to send parcels to Isle of Man however deliveries to the Isle of Man may be subject to delays due to Customs checks. Consequential Loss cover is NOT AVAILABLE for items going to the Isle of Man.

Isle of Man

Posting goods to the Channel Islands must have a Customs Declaration Form attached to the ALL parcels. Deliveries to the Channel Islands may be subject to delays due to Customs checks.

Sending mail to the Channel Islands is the SAME PRICE as UK destinations including Weight and Size regulations, although some services aren’t available. Consequential Loss cover is NOT AVAILABLE for items going to the Channel Islands.

ALL The Channel Islands

 If you live abroad or you wish to send a Gift to someone overseas then here’s what you need to do:

  • Send us an email listing the Products, by name, Quantity required plus the Full Name/Address including Postcode & Email that you wish the goods to be sent.
  • We will then Calculate the Size & Weight of the package needed to accommodate the order.

We will then send you an email stating the Cost of the International Postage both “Tracked” and “Tracked and Signed” to the address you have given us. We will also send you a note of the overall cost of the Order including Products, Postage and Packaging.

It is then up to you if you wish to proceed and we will set up the Custom Order section of our website shop and the Postage you have selected, you can place your Order, Postage and Pay via PayPal in GBP.  Once we see the payment has been processed, we will Pick, Process & Dispatch you order which will be sent via Royal Mail and should take 5-7 working days to arrive at the destination.

An automatic email will be sent to you at each stage of the processing of the order.

Prohibited and Restricted items

Only a few of our Products, could be Prohibited and Restricted from sending a Customer Order via International Postage. These are ‘FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS’ so  Perfumes and Aftershaves including Eau De Parfum and Eau De Toilette, also Essential Oils,  Non-Aerosol Body Sprays, Non-Aerosol Room Sprays.

In order to simplify Postage rates and Conditions outside UK, Scented and more recommend that ALL Customers, from Overseas either Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland, should use Tracked or Tracked and Signed Methods of Postage.  Customers in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man can access all our UK services through their local postal operator.
